Registered Nurse Transition Program

The Registered Nurse Transition Program equips newly graduated Registered Nurses with the skills and confidence to excel in nursing. Within this 12 month program Nurses are supported and empowered to provide safe, efficient and effective nursing in what is their foundational, first year of practice.

The Registered Nurse Transition Program is offered at St Vincent’s Hospital and St Vincent's Correctional Health at Parklea. The program is called GradStart within NSW Health.
