ENACT Trial

Do you have a patient with major depressive disorder and/or anxiety disorder?

They could be eligible for the ENACT Trial. The ENACT trial is looking at how a simple genetic test (pharmacogenomics) through a cheek swab can help tailor antidepressant treatment to your patients.

Eligibility criteria: Patients must be 16-70 years old and either recently started on an antidepressant OR have had antidepressant medication/dosage changes in the last 3 months. The study is conducted via telehealth and open to inpatient and outpatients across Australia.

This study is conducted by A/Prof Kathy Wu and Dr Michael Millard, St Vincent's Hospital, Sydney.
