In partnership with local NGO partners, Way2Home, the team which includes Peer Support Workers and Aboriginal Health Workers, run a fortnightly walk-in health and housing clinic at Green Park, across the road from St Vincents in Darlinghurst. People sleeping rough can come and get support with pathways to permanent housing, access case management, receive health care support – and have a bite to eat. It’s another great initiative running out of the Integrated Care Mobile Clinic, and at its core, aims to support a person’s total wellbeing by ending street sleeping all together.
