The results have shown continuous and steady improvement over the last 12 months, despite a global health pandemic, and when ranked against all SVHA Hospitals, St Joseph’s sits fourth on the leader board and is the highest performing public hospital across our SVHA network. Recording the biggest margin of improvement across SVHA nationally, St Joseph’s Hospital is now performing significantly higher than the Australian public hospital benchmark for patient experience; and also higher than the International benchmark in patient satisfaction. This is an outstanding accomplishment. The past 12 months have been some of the most challenging for our healthcare services - to have achieved these results during this time is doubly impressive.
