We take Pride in our LGBTQ+ people and as such, St Vincent's has a very active Staff Pride Network, who host both educational and social events, on and off the campus. The highlight is always the St Vincent's Float in the Annual Mardi Gras Parade, which St Vincent's participates in every year. 

Youth Advisory Board
St Vincent's has a dedicated staff Youth Advisory Board - a youth led initiative providing younger staff members the opportunity to share their experiences, insights and ideas directly with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team. The group generate innovative solutions, with the aim of challenging traditional approaches and ways of thinking.
