Our primary focus is to attract and retain Aboriginal junior doctors to complete their prevocational and, where appropriate, their vocational and specialist years at SVHS; and to encourage them to take on leadership roles within the healthcare system. We hope to study the effectiveness of this program to understand which parts of the program are most valuable in supporting the well-being and growth of our Aboriginal junior doctors.
