St Vincent's offers postgraduate specialty nursing education opportunities to those wishing to specialise in perioperative nursing, intensive care nursing, anaesthetic and recovery nursing, or cardiothoracic and heart lung transplant nursing.

The Graduate Certificate of Palliative Care Nursing offered to registered nurses employed at St Vincent’s Health Australia is developed and delivered in collaboration with the University of Notre Dame Australia.
