Acknowledgement of Country

We acknowledge the traditional and spiritual lands on which our facilities stand, the land of the Gadigal & Burramattigal peoples of the Eora Nation; as well as the Dharug Nation on which our services are built.

We acknowledge the Elders both past and present who have created the pathways for us to follow.

Uluru Statement of the Heart

St Vincent's welcomes the Australian Government's commitment to delivering the Uluru Statement from the Heart in full. Australia's journey towards reconciliation is far from over. The Uluru Statement's call for a First Nation voice enshrined in the Australian Constitution and the establishment of a Makarrata Commission will set Australia on the road to reaching that important goal.

St Vincent's supports the Uluru Statement from the Heart and unreservedly accepts its generous invitation to work with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples to achieve lasting, comprehensive, and truth-based reconciliation.
