As Interim Executive Director of Aboriginal Health at St Vincent’s Health Network Sydney, Siupeli leads the strategic direction and delivery of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health services across the Network. His role ensures culturally safe, high-quality care for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, grounded in community priorities and a commitment to health equity.
Siupeli is a proud descendant of Kaiwalagal, Kaurareg Nation in the Torres Straits and the Island Kingdom of Tonga. He has pursued extensive studies in health and medicine, reflecting a lifelong dedication to improving outcomes for First Nations communities through education, clinical practice, and policy reform.
Siupeli’s leadership is aligned with the mission of St Vincent’s Health Network - to serve all with compassion and justice, especially those most vulnerable. Through advocacy, cultural integrity, and systemic reform, he works to embed Indigenous knowledge systems and strengthen the Network’s commitment to reconciliation, equity, and excellence in care.
