As Executive Director of Nursing, Nicole’s vision for nursing at St Vincent’s is one of human-centred excellence, fostering research, mentorship and lifelong learning to advance care for patients and the community. She is an accomplished Nurse Leader who has dedicated more than 25 years of her career to St Vincent’s Health Network Sydney.
Beginning as a new graduate nurse in 1999, Nicole has progressed through a wide range of clinical and leadership roles across the Heart Lung Stream, Subacute, Ambulatory and Community Services. Her career reflects a deep commitment to the mission and values of St Vincent’s - compassion, humility and service to the most vulnerable.
