St Joseph's Hospital
St Joseph's Hospital is a public hospital of St Vincent's Health Australia. St Joseph’s has a proud tradition of more than 100 years of providing quality health care in a compassionate and highly personalised atmosphere. The hospital provides inpatient, outpatient and community service, and is a centre of excellence in rehabilitation, mental health for older people, Huntington Disease and palliative care.
Responding to community need, St Vincent’s Health Australia have committed to the provision of shared services in Western Sydney, and as such St Joseph’s Hospital as a sister Hospital to St Vincent’s, guided by the same governance structure and strategic endeavours, is an extension of St Vincent’s Hospital Sydney’s care into the greater West.

Daily Visiting Hours
Effective immediately, visitors will not be permitted at St Joseph’s Hospital in Auburn, except on compassionate grounds such as end of life care.
We understand this is difficult for patients and their loved ones, and ask for your understanding and cooperation during this time.

We value all feedback from patients and families who use our services. This feedback can include Compliments, Suggestions or Complaints. You are able to provide feedback via the below:

At the Hospital
You can pick up a feedback form from any of our wards and drop it into the feedback mail boxes located in the main foyer of the Hospital or on the ward. You can also give this form to a member of staff.
If you make a complaint
If your feedback is a complaint, you can speak directly to the Manager of the Unit, or the Patient Safety and Quality Manager. Your complaint either in person or by the online or available form at the hospital and will only be discussed with the people directly involved. Your details will be kept confidential.
Do you have concerns about a patient?
As a patient or a family member/friend of a patient, if you are worried about a recent change in your condition or the condition of your family member/friend, you can raise any concerns you have at any time of day or night.
