Medical Student Verification Process
Initial Verification will occur during a face-to-face session with representatives from St Vincent’s Hospital and follow-up verification if required will be via email. Therefore, strict attention must be given to providing the documentation as listed in the ‘Presentation of documentation’ below.
At the face-to-face verification session, you will show your documentation to the assessor on your device (laptop or Apple Mac) as detailed below. It is important that all evidence is collated in the one pdf file.
The assessor will inform you if you are ‘compliant’, ‘temporary compliant’ or ‘non-compliant’. If you are deemed ‘temporary compliant’ or ‘non-compliant’ you will be provided details of the documentation required. Regardless of compliance outcome, the assessors will then direct you to email your file to the SVHS.ClinConnectDocuments@svha.org.au
