Raise It is a simple process available in NSW public hospitals and health services to support you to raise concerns if you or your loved one’s condition is getting worse. You know yourself or your loved one best. If you’re worried you or your loved one’s condition is getting worse, follow the Raise It process: 1. Talk Start by talking to a nurse, midwife, doctor or health worker about your concerns. 2. Ask Still concerned? Ask the nurse or midwife in charge for a clinical review. 3. Call If you are still worried, call NSW Health Raise It on 1800 777 333. A senior health worker will respond.
