St Vincent's is working closely with NSW Health to help keep our patients, visitors and staff safe. Our hospital remains open, with the appropriate safeguards and containment precautions in place.
Please see the below important information about visiting, entry requirements, getting tested and how to keep yourself safe.
St Vincent's is introducing new visitor restrictions to protect patients and staff from the spread of COVID-19.
Commencing Thursday 19th November, visitors will be limited to TWO visitors per patient, between 10am -12pm and 5pm -7pm.
Exemptions may be made on compassionate grounds.
We understand this is difficult for loved ones, but the safety of our patients, staff and community is our highest priority. Please consider staying in touch with loved ones via phone and/or face-time.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
As a condition of entry into any of our facilities, including St Vincent's Hospital; Sacred Heart Health Service; The O'Brien Centre; The Kinghorn Cancer Centre; and St Joseph's Hospital in Auburn, all visitors must:
- Wearing a mask is mandatory for all visitors. If you don't have one we will supply one to you
- Check-in using our QR code on arrival and undergo thermal temperature screening
- Use the hand sanitiser provided
- Maintain 1.5 metre physical distance between yourself and others at all times.
Thank you for your cooperation. The safety of our staff, patients and community is our highest priority.
We are keeping our patients safe from COVID-19 in a number of ways. Please download our information booklet for details.
