The aim of this one day workshop is to improve team performance in anaesthetic/recovery emergencies using simulation and case studies.

The workshop is suitable for anaesthetic/recovery room nurses and other perioperative nurses (eg.night duty, instrument/circulating) who assist in the anaesthetics or recovery nursing role.

Course Pre-requisites:

A minimum of 1 years Anaesthetic and/or Recovery Room Nursing experience or 4 years perioperative experience.  This course is also suitable for nurses giving sedation in procedure areas.
