We do this by offering outreach health support to people where they sleep, or where they spend time during the day. Details of our outreach clinic times and locations can be found here. We are a multidisciplinary team made up of nurses, doctors, allied health staff, Aboriginal Health Workers and peer support workers. Join us at our annual Homelessness Week Street Party - everyone is welcome!
