Homeless Health Service

St Vincent's Homeless Health Service is dedicated to improving access to healthcare for people who are at risk of, or experiencing homelessness.

We do this by offering outreach health support to people where they sleep, or where they spend time during the day. Details of our outreach clinic times and locations can be found here.

We are a multidisciplinary team made up of nurses, doctors, allied health staff, Aboriginal Health Workers and peer support workers.

Join for a morning of connection, celebration and community. Enjoy a BBQ brunch and coffee to start the day, while being entertained by the Sydney Street Choir and Joe Trueman.  Connect with hospital services and the wider Darlinghurst community.
