COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Update

St Vincent's is working closely with NSW Health to help keep our clients, patients, visitors and staff safe. Our services remain open, with the appropriate safeguards and containment precautions in place.

If you are feeling unwell, have recently travelled overseas or have had contact with a confirmed case of COVID 19, please phone the necessary service to make other arrangements for your treatment. 

  • Please follow social distancing rules if attending. This means remaining 1.5 metres apart from others, and not congregating in groups of more than 2.

The Alcohol and Drug Service at St Vincent’s Hospital, Sydney is still taking new referrals and supporting current clients during COVID 19. The service has increased phone and telehealth appointments.

Service operating as usual. Offering phone and telehealth appointments and face-to-face appointments if medical assessment required.

Drop in clinic is now operating via phone only. You can call for a phone consult on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 9am – 12pm. Please call 02 9361 8078.

Our mission is to promote well-being and reduce the harm resulting from the use of alcohol and other drugs, offering a range of services to support individuals, families and communities.

All Services are FREE, CONFIDENTIAL and NON-JUDGEMENTAL
