We also run supportive bereavement groups. The service is available to people when: The death occurred within the St Vincent’s Hospital campus or at home and the family was supported by the Palliative Care team (regardless of where the client/bereaved lives). The bereaved person lives in the areas covered by the St Vincent’s Health Network, Sydney or Prince of Wales catchment areas. The bereaved person is a staff member or volunteer at St Vincent’s Health Network, Sydney. There is no fee to access our service. Referrals Clients can self-refer to the bereavement service.
